8. May 2018 The International Society for Automation (ISA) announced the third edition of A Guide to the book "Automation Body of Knowledge" reviews the key concepts and processes in industrial Automation and the skills required to master it.

This publication has been updated to reflect the continuing evolution of digital technologies and their impact on automation processes, as well as automation standards in areas such as alarm management, HMI design, and operating technology cybersecurity.
