8. June 2018 – Siemens AG and Covestro Deutschland AG have signed a joint business development plan to further strengthen their long-standing, trusting partnership in the area of digitization.

The diversity of topics ranges from the continuous development of production technologies to the piloting of ideas that shape the digital landscape of both companies.

One focus of the collaboration is to increase the availability of all assets in a plant and to give local employees decision support for their work. The aim is to make the systems more reliable through products and services and to predict developments in the state of the equipment.
